A town centre pharmacy in a growing town should not close during lunchtimes! The staff do their best but need more support from their head office. No Sunday pharmacy also, which is ridiculous! They also need to have more stock, as are consistently running out of common items.

Pharmacist Bev gave me advice regarding my Arthritic pain in my hands AND advised me about a varicose vein rash on my lower leg. I have been unsuccessful in getting advice from my doctor’s surgery. She suggested I ring my Doctor and explain that I had spoken to her and I require a stronger steroid cream for my rash (only available on prescription). First time in weeks I felt someone cared A truly lovely lady. Thank you

No one answers the telephone in the pharmacy department. Been ringing for over 30 mins !
