Having to make 5 trips to get my script is just shocking and again they haven’t got my items to come back tomorrow, do they think I can make all these trips which are costing in fuel, or that I can do with my medication to them be asked 4 times my address and postcode whilst she fumbled about and then again ask me, I do get cross that easily but the last few weeks I dread going to get a script which I need and cannot do without, and just to be told I will have to come back nothing about giving me my script to go elsewhere, the assistant is shrift and condescending and staring me up and down as if I’m dirt! I don’t know her name but grey haired woman with glasses on flicked out hair, I haven’t took to be a keyboard warrior neither but this woman has really angered me and quizzing everything about our scripts is non of business why I need them. If this woman hasn’t got any personal skills she is in the wrong job, she even quizzed a woman who was buying ibuprofen and how many times she takes them for what reason that she will need to see a dr, the woman had seen a dr who told her to get them! You really should look at your staff they are rude abnoxious condescending people. That would test the patience of saints??bring back the original ladies who would go above and beyond for you these woman are not dr and our health is private and tescos do not want to hear what is wrong with due to a power trip individuals, I will record when I go back in store for my own sanity and to forward this on to cqc, who’s details I got from a carer in the community who was with me and agree the manner is poor!
