Went in for my repeat prescription which I have been having for several years and they said they don't have any record of it. They tried to blame the surgery so I went to the surgery which is next door and they said it was the pharmacies fault. Then I had a new prescription and they took half of the amount of tablets out. It stated one tablet a week for six weeks. So there was two boxes each containing three tablets. They decided to take out one box....... Useless | ||||||

They never answer the phone I tried all day till closing and no answer also they don’t prescribe prescription on proper dates it has really gone down hill this past 2 months!!!!!! | ||||||

E prescription was designed to make the process quicker and easier. Yet it has taken lloyds to confound logic and (insert expletive here) it up. Allegedly it takes 48hrs for the drs surgery to send the prescription to lloyds and then 3 to 5 days for lloyds to be able to serve you. Avoid like the plauge get it sent anywhere but not here. | ||||||
