I first started using during lockdown and have stuck with them thanks to the quick turnaround. Really quick efficient service. With a friendly smile. Highly Recommended.

Washwood Heath Pharmacy have been the back bone to my family's health needs over the past year and with 2 of my family members with life long chronic illnesses, finding an pharmacy who could quickly dispense my medication was of upmost importance. At first, I was very apprehensive about approaching this pharmacy about my medical needs, because other pharmacy in the area were finding it very difficult supplying our medication, where in some cases they would say that I would have to wait a week before my medication would be dispensed. My initial reason for choosing Washwood Heath Pharmacy was that it was less than a minutes walk from the Fox and Goose shopping centre and the Tesco Hodge Hill centre, where we do all of our shopping and literally right outside the Numberr 55 Bus Washwood Heath road Bus stop. They also provide a repeat prescription ordering service, which meant all I had to do was ring up the Pharmacy, tell them what medications I needed, they would then do all the running around dealing with the surgery and even give me a time when our medications would be ready to collect. What I also found very helpful was that they would even personally deliver my medication to my door when I was not feeling well or when there was bad weather, which again most other Pharmacies in the area did not provide this service. I am very blessed to have found this Pharmacy and whole heartedly recommend Washwood Heath Pharmacy with their caring and understanding attitude. The Staff have a warm, friendly, polite nature and they always great you with a smile. I love the in store offers and your fine fragrance counter, as well as the cleanliness of the store. Looking forward to another year under your expertise and care. Overall Highly recommended.
