    Came out of hospital two weeks ago and was informed I needed to take iron tablet and my omeprazole to be started . My lansaprasole to be discontinued. I have just recieved my iron tablet after being without them for two week and my omeprazole has only just been started . Also I have been sent a box of lansaprazole . I would have double my dose of this medication. Luckily I realise not to take them . In conclusion my treatment has been delayed for two weeks and I wonder why I didn’t feel any better. The pharmacy has been incompetent and could have resulted in me being re admitted to hospital.

    On many prescriptions for various issues and blister-pack customer; packs were finished or misplaced for carer to administer, called and was told prescriptions weren’t due for delivery until following week. Explained the situation and was told unfortunately deliver person was gone for the day, as it was late. They asked if someone could collect for me by 5:30pm and they would prepare them earlier than required on system. I wasn’t able to collect them and around 6pm they delivered to my door without me asking, I had all my medications for long Easter weekend. Excellent customer service.

    Used this pharmacy twice in recent weeks,first time I waited so long to be served I gave up.No customer service yet staff happily chatting amongst themselves in the pharmacy section. More second recent visit was even more chaotic,I was the only customer yet no update given as to whether had prescription available despite two requests.I counted five staff/associates in the small pharmacy.I only hope for a basic customer service.All looked very disorganised and lacked any customer focus.Will be taking my custom elsewhere
