The staff at Kamsons pharmacy in Bradford are exceptional. I have been using their services for many years but over the last 2, I have had many complex, worrying issues and needed their help so many times. They have always responded with kindness, warmth and understanding and always made me feel I was welcome to contact them whenever I needed. They have given me reassurance, guidance and unbelievable time and patience and I am so grateful. Would also like to mention the delivery drivers who have gone out of their way to help.

I am delighted to say that after visiting Kansan’s Pharmacy on several occasions now that I am thoroughly impressed with their staff and service. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to smile and acknowledge you when you enter. The staff are courteous, caring, warm and empathetic. On a couple of occasions I’ve asked to talk privately with the pharmacist and he has been quick to see me in a consultation room. I felt listened too and the advice I was given was reassuring and just what was needed. I cannot praise this pharmacy enough it is definitely 5 stars in my book. Keep up the good work!
