I had a very negative experience with 1 female member, tall dark, well built woman with brown hair past her shoulders( sorry my mistake, I never got her name) being very rude and abrupt with myself not only on arrival with my 2 year grand daughter but throughout the enquiry. I had purchased a pair of spectacles from yourselves which had a faulty frame and I stupidly glued the leg back on to be able to see properly which is my right, only to be told I couldn't get a refund and would have to purchase another frame, and I paid extra for non scratch lenses which are scratched. I didn't understand I had to order a new pair, because no fault of my own and not wanting a different coloured frame, I was under duress during covid caring for my mum. The woman was rude and made no eye contact at all. And decided to leave the decision to the other girl You need to teach your staff customer service, as this is non existent in your store!!! Absolutely appalling service.
