A pin camel out of my spectacles frame and a lens fell out.
I took the pieces to Baileys, and even though I was not a previous customer, the specs were repaired in less than five minutes, and there was no charge.
That kind of service restores my faith in human nature. |

I took my elderly mother here and what a wonderful place, the staff were very helpful and very polite, the opthalmist that dealt with my mother was had plenty of time to actually speak to her, was very informative and very thorough in their examination of my mother's eyes, this is a very efficient opticians. They have a wide range of different glasses and if you prefer a bigger lense they will get it for you, you don't get this service in the larger high street opticians, i have already told lots of friends about Bailey Opticians absolutely brilliant couldn't fault them at all. |

Bailey are a traditional style, and are a small family run practice. I visited them having got fed up with the poor quality and service of Specsavers. Was able to book an appointment quickly, and even though i had not been for years (they no longer had me on record) had no problems doing so.
Appointment was what you would expect and after service with help choosing glasses very good. Fitting advice and good choice of frames including NHS and designer labels.
No they do not do two for one offers, just good honest "you pays for what you get" glasses. Nor do they pester you with endless emails after. |
