Needed to get my disabled mothers eyes checked due to cataracts and general deterioration. Also booked myself in too. From the start, service was friendly. Initial booking was easily done over the phone with extra care taken to ensure I knew where they were. On arrival the receptionists was very friendly. Both the receptionist & the optician were helpful in getting my mum's wheelchair into the examination room. The Optician was also very friendly and professional with excellent consideration paid to put my mum at ease and deal with post stroke communication difficulties. Diagnosis and referral were explained and arranged for our ease. My exam was also very professional and comprehensive and resulted in reading glasses. An outcome I expected. Cannot recommend this opticians highly enough.
