The staff and overall service at Portsea Island is next to none. They're always polite, professional and are always at hand if their customers have an issue. The practice itself has a lovely feel to it, not too clinical, and it makes the customer feel comfortable and relaxed. The opticians talk you through everything, and are open to questions. The opticians has a fantastic selection of frames, including opthalmic and sunglasses, and offer amazing deals which you really cant fault. Portsea Island are brilliant, and I will continue to go there. I highly recommend them against your avergae highstreet optician.
