My 15 year old daughter had to pick up her medicines from boots in Wood Green everything was fine until it was her turn to pick them up, a staff member in boots called Jona asks why my daughter doesn't pay for prescriptions, I have never seen any 15 YEAR OLD PAY FOR PRESCRIPTIONS and this lady gives the prescription back to my daughter and says find a reason, when she can turn the prescription and see her age, after she hands the bag full of medications and doesn't even explain when to use the medications neither looking at. What kind of behaviour is this for a grown up lady to a 15 years old and also making my daughter wait 20 minutes.

I took my severely disabled relative to the opticians where they tested her eyes. They sold her glasses for over £200. She couldn't see any better through the glasses. I asked for a refund and they made an excuse that they needed to fit her glasses so she had to go to the shop. Because she is so disabled this was really difficult and the weather has been really bad. Nevertheless we took her there and they fitted the glasses to her head. Now they say they wont refund her money until she has been to the hospital!! I am so angry they totally and utterly are discriminating against her because she is disabled and cannot speak properly or speak up for herself. Do not go near this Opticians!!!!
