Excellent service. Was very helpful and I never felt pressured or rushed. Spent a lot of time with me to ensure all my questions were answered and I was able to choose the correct pair of glasses. Very polite and very helpful.

I went in with my husband on 1st May, Sunday. I was desperate to get my glasses’ lenses to be fixed urgently. The gentleman on duty approached us was very kind, helpful and professional . He fixed my glasses in a few minutes. Even didn’t charged. I highly recommend this brunch for its excellent customer service. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who served me, but I can’t say enough to say to him “Thank you very much “ for your kindness and help. What a excellent customer service. However, before I went to this Palmer’s green brunch I had gone to Enfield brunch. The lady there was so unhelpful and unprofessional. She said there was shortage of stuff , can’t be fixed today. She said come back tomorrow to try to get them fixed, but cannot be promised that there will be some to be able to look at them. She refused with a very unfriendly manner when I offered her to leave my glasses there and pick them on Tuesday,. She was taking out her stress on the customer which I have found very unprofessional and rude. I would never ever use Enfield brunch again.
