I called to ask if I could pause my direct debit for contacts. I just explained what I wanted to do, the woman consequently put the phone down on me. I called back straight away and they haven’t answered. One time they cancelled the call. I left it ringing a while. I’m disgusted with them. They’re fine to take your money, but not interested in quite an easy customer service problem. I only wanted to pause the payment until I had used up the excess of contact lenses I had built up. I’ll never use them again and simply cancel the direct debit. I’m really disgusted with them and shocked to be honest. |

I have a complex prescription and the optician takes the time to ensure I can see as well as possible, the staff give honest opinions when choosing frames and my new glasses arrived very promptly.
When I previously had a problem with a new pair of glasses I was helped and cared for with great kindness and respect and nothing was too much trouble.
My family all attend for eye care there now as we are all happy with the service, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. there is a good range of frames and they are clearly priced so there are no surprises! |
