I have the same issue as per 1st review regarding contact lenses. The main optician at Dagenham Merrielands Asda, has cancelled my appointment 4 weeks ago for my contact lenses check up without explanation and promised me to order some trials to last me until my next appointment due in 5 weeks time. The trial lenses are yet to arrive and have been declined 2 times and nobody communicated this with me until I called to find out what happened, I have been left all this time with my old lenses without offering me any alternative brands to keep me going. They have not been helpful at all I cannot see properly and this is further damaging my eye sight as my old lenses that I have no choice but to use are causing redness tiredness and very blurry. In the past I’ve had the same issues until a different optician helped. I have been a customer at this optician’s for 20 years and why am I being treated like this. My next step would be to write to the CEO. Things need to change! Appalling customer service! |

I ordered my glasses end of July2022 but till date it's not ready. too many phone called to them but no one find out what happen with my glasses. they blame to Lab and top up they given reason it's totally incorrect (even without checking CCTV they given this reason ). sorry to say but I don't trust you guys. |
