Would have grave concerns about the level of care provided here. Staff seem content to brush issues away without full investigation. They are unable to keep a proper oversight on residents and can’t explain how patients obtained certain items or how minor non serious injuries occurred. They would need to look at the meals provided and what nutrition they actually provide.
