Dec 3 2023 My Mam is a new resident here and it's been a very difficult and emotional transition for herself and Me as her Daughter but the staff here have been extremely kind and sensitive and have been more than accomadating ito make sure our needs are met . The staff are very kind and are doing their very best at all times. I am very grateful for the care my Mam is receiving, we need to embrace the good that surrounds our loved one s and I wish to say thank you. Life is precious x
