Dec 7 2022 Underpaid and not given the appropriate training before being put on the floor with advanced Dementia. Felt like a psychiatric nurse. Shift change without notice. Made to feel guilty if don't take extra shifts. Double standards. Senior make rules up to suit them self's. Certain staff being held in favour. They do nothing to hide it.
