Feng Shui House (Blackburn)

Nothing was too much trouble, food is homely not cheap cuts. Most of the staff are extremely caring, the owner if asked for something needed got it right away, that’s rare

I cannot accept the report that was shown to me recently, I stayed there for a week a few months ago. The staff were caring the food was exceptional the management were there the whole time asking us what activities we would like to have in place to entertain us. They had arranged for a mock judge and Jury session, which I didn’t get to see, but they had an entertainer on. The place is spotless, they seem to be upgrading all the time, even though it’s a new home to the area. They had GOOD in all areas when I was there, I can’t see how that could change so drastically within such a short period of time. This doesn’t make any sense at all. I was grateful for the care I got when there nothing was to much trouble. I will be looking to stay again in the new year, I have seen others and they don’t compare, to the facilities in this home.

A long time was spent looking at many care homes for our sister, thank goodness we found Feng Shui. She has now been there since October 2016 and is very settled being well looked after by kind, helpful, patient and attentive staff and management. We are always impressed by the friendly welcome we receive when visiting our sister and always find her to be well fed, clean and tidy. The most important thing to us is the level of care given and in that respect we have absolutely no complaints. Keep up the good work Feng Shui. (Brother and sister of resident)
