Jun 26 2019 There seems to be only the bare minimum of staff in most days and lots of training but the “ training “ doesn’t seem to filter down the stairs and on to the unit they seem more concerned that paper work and tick box than providing proper care they do the basics really, they seem to forget that it’s the residences home and ive seen them wheel them in out them put in front of a tv or even just middle of the room given a drink and that’s it no interaction other than medical / care needs

Laundry is while clean most items come back shrunk or even someone's else even when name tags are attached . All in all a very unfriendly place with the minimum of interest in the wellbeing of the residents
