    I supported a lady to a transitional visit, and was impressed by the friendly welcoming atmosphere. We stayed for tea, which was really nice, and the staff moved the tables outside so we could eat out in the sunshine. Everyone was included in the conversation, and all the guests seemed very happy to be there.
