Me and my sister was visiting my auntie last night and she had accident soiled herself, I went looking for a member of staff to help her, could not find anyone there was one member of staff who could not leave a resident, so I went looking up stairs could not see anyone went back to the member of staff who sat with the resident she said will let a staff member know, I think there was only 3 members of staff on duty only seen 3 ? eventually a member of staff came with some clothes for her to get changed and said will be back soon, my auntie was very distressed as she had it on her leg her hand and on clothes, we waited 50 minutes for someone to attend to her and the member of staff did not look happy. I did feel this is not the attitude to have as supposed to be "CARE" workers my auntie was saying I don't want a shower repeated it a couple of times she looked distressed. We've been many a times and never had had any problems, We do understand this job is a very demanding job and staff are busy but I feel the management should employ more staff
