May 26 2021 They don't take complaints seriously. Lets staff abuse service users, they try and cover it up instead of dealing with the issues. They let staff break all rules and go against the law. Still waiting for a call back from about a month ago from a few serious issues regarding a carer and a member of my family. It should of been a straight up sackable offence. They break confidentiality, lets staff gossip about service users and hand out their details. Let staff take pictures inside of service users house and send them to their friends. My family member is no longer safe in their own home. Rather than deal with complaints and get rid of bad carers they will try and manipulate. Next step for me is SSSC and the paper. Shocking service!
