Aug 9 2018 I used Impact Care to provide 24 hour live in care for my sister. Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful and the whole process, which could have been stressful and traumatic, was simple and straightforward. In a matter of a few days we had a lovely carer moving in who ticked every box. My sister changed almost overnight from being frightened and unable to cope back to her chatty former self able to get enjoyment out of life. When she ended up in hospital - another stressful time - the option to suspend the contract was explained straight away and we very quickly got into a situation where my sister is not paying for care she is not receiving. Overall I have been astonished by how quickly and smoothly everything is dealt with, how lovely everyone is on the phone and how pleased we have been with her delightful carer who my mother is deeply fond of. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

He had always expressed a wish to pass away at home, and thanks to them, his wish was granted. He never ceased to tell anyone who visited that both the carers were both Caring ,reliable and that he did not know what he would have done with out them. To anyone who finds themselves in need of care for a loved one, they need look no further than Impact In Care.

Feb 13 2018 Harry, Mark and myself would all like to thank impact Care for all the support and help we received from yourself and your colleagues for the period that mum was cared for.We cannot express enough how much one carer lovingly cared for mum and how she made the last few months of her life bearable. She encouraged her to live life as best she could. She is a true inspiration. The carer not only cared for mum but she became a good friend to us and we all regard her as part of our family and we feel honoured to have met her. We would also like to thank you all at impact Care for being such excellent care providers.
