Their professional friendly manner gave us, her family peace of mind and confidence that she was being well cared for 24 hours a day. Although Mum had dementia staff understood her needs and made her feel at home very quickly. When visiting you always felt welcome as no matter who you saw they all said hello. Thank you you are an amazing team.
