    Was shocking to see how this company has treated my son. Not only do they not tell me he’s in hospital I had to find out from the police! They do nothing to support my son or the other clients from what I’ve seen. Too many staff sitting on their phones and not enough staff that actually care. Gets better. When I rang up to speak to the registered manager I had found out they had left the company and that all was in charge was a director who is never about and from what I’ve seen has no idea how to run a care company. My son is currently trying to leave the company as they have failed him. I suggest you look elsewhere. Truly shambolic

    The care home is exceptional, the staff are very polite and extremely professional. From what I saw the staff go above and beyond for the service users
