I have been so impressed with this care comany. They looked after my mother who has Parkinson's disease for nearly 2 years. The live-in carer became part of the family.

We would like to express our thanks to IP Homecare for helping us provide the support and care for our Mother to settle in a live in Carer. We have found your Administration Team excellent, responding to any communications and concerns efficiently and in a timely way. The Carer you have provided has proven to be an excellent choice, they have fitted in well with Mum, and is coping with her admirably, especially as Mum was very skeptical about having a live in carer and the carer has worked through the issues very patiently. The carer is very attentive, and cooks well, including home-made pies, puddings and cakes, making it feel more like happier times. The carer has managed to get Mum doing her more normal things again, a walk outside in the wheelchair, sitting in the garden (when it was warmer) to have lunch, and baking a cake. The carer and Mum have bonded well, Mum seems to have confidence in her carer, and will often defer to her – which is very comforting to observe. It has taken a great deal of patience from the carer to achieve this confidence and there are still days when Mum can feel frustrated and annoyed by the change in her circumstances, but the carer has kept going and appears to be coping well. Thank you IP Homecare, it is great comfort to feel confident in the provider of these delicate services

Fantastic caring devoted staff, my mum is so happy which is so lovely to see. The staff are the best, they act very professionally and are sincere and truly caring
