Kanyuchi Healthcare

Kanychi Care had been involved with my Mum for about a year, recently they had visited 3 times a day. My Mum has not always been the easiest to get along with, however the Carers had always been very patient and professional. The staff are led by a wonderful Manager, the communication has been great, any issues have been brought to my attention promptly. The support to myself has been brilliant, by both the Manager and the Carers. My Mum has now gone into Residential Care as her needs became too much for her to be at home, and the support from Kanychi during the last few months made this situation easier to deal with. I would like to thank everyone involved for the care and support they gave to Mum and myself. I have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

Kanyuchi Care have looked after my Dad for nearly a year. The Manager leads his team brilliantly. I have on many occasions spoke to the Manager, both on the phone and in person, and always found him to be very friendly and approachable. My Dad has just turned 100 and deserves to be looked after, my Mum has struggled to care for him recently due to her own medical condition. He has had 3 visits a day, with a variety of Carer’s, some young and some a bit older, my Dad hasn’t minded, in his words he’s says they have “all been friendly and fantastic, they are all good girls”. The Carer’s have had to call the ambulance on a few occasions and have stayed past their allotted time to make sure he’s ok. They have also kept a discreet eye on my Mum and alerted me to any issues. Communication, both verbal and written, has been spot on. At times I have felt like I might be the overbearing Daughter, yet the Carer’s assured me this is not the case, and a few even mentioned that it’s really nice as some families don’t show any interest whatsoever. My Dad has just gone into a Residential Care Home and the Kanyuchi Carer’s have helped him pack his bags and supported him through the emotional decision. One of them even went with him so he had a friendly face along the way. I met them there and was so pleased she was with him. She was an absolute star that day and I can’t thank her enough. All the Carers have been amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending Kanyuchi, in fact they have now taken over my Mums care.

My husband has been with Kanyuchi since October 2017. This company and its carers go above and beyond , there are times when they arrive to situations and immediately deal with them and stay until resolved either with nurses or paramedics, I cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you Kanyuchi.
