Jun 4 2019 unreliable service, either turn up when they like or not at all. No care or consideration given to the client, if they have been waiting. Badly organised, always seem short staffed or can’t keep good staff. Overall care staff are average, but can tell they are fed up of the way the company is run or are over worked!

Management attitude is “if you don’t like the service find someone else to provide it!” Service users are missed off the call rota numerous times and some don’t get calls at all with no explanation. In summary I would not recommend this service to anyone.
