May 23 2018 I receive care from Pol Community Care for my grandmother. They have been nothing short of incredible. They assist my grandmother with accessing the community, shopping and even gardening! They ensure that she has been up, washed and dressed ready for the day and ensure that she is safe. I could not have asked for anyone better. I certainly know that my grandmother is in safe hands with them. Thank you, Pol Community Care! We are so grateful!
