May 17 2017 Mum has only been cared for by this company for a few weeks but I have found them to be very helpful very polite and very good in what they do,a properly run care company that has taken all my stress away about worrying if call were going to happen or at what time ,I have looked at many companies but none met my expectations this one does and I am so pleased to be associated with it but above all I know mum is safe in there hands,finding Heritage is the best days work I have done for a long time

My request for a male carer was met in such a positive manner that I was comfortable to openly discuss my sexuality. I was recently invited by Heritage Healthcare, free of charge, to a celebration for the Queen's 90th birthday which allowed me to meet new people and alleviated loneliness, which can be a challenge. When I didn't feel happy with the care worker allocated to me, my comments were heard and immediate action to replace them was taken and I am now delighted with the care worker allocated to me.
