Sep 2 2015 I looked into having a weeks care to allow me to take my disabled daughter on holiday, my partner was adamant he was ok to be on his own for the week but he has recently been diagnosed with dementia and I knew this wasn't the case, this company was recommended by my social worker, I called them on Monday and they we're very efficient and made a home visit and did home assessment on the Tuesday, we agreed along with my partner what we required while I was away this included personal care. The care commenced on the Friday the care staff kept in touch with me while I was away reassuring me everything was going well, this put me and my daughter at ease and we have a very enjoyable holiday thanks to the staff at Ourcare, on my return they had even took my partner shooing and out for lunch he enjoyed it so much he's expecting them to come every day now! Thank you to everyone involved for the I was away and we will definitely be using you again very soon thanks again Mr and Mrs V
