Jan 10 2017 I previously had either own staff or agencies caring for me. It was very stressful, agencies didn't care if staff late or didn't turn up. Employing own staff equally difficult again may not turn up, turn up late.no consistency a family member was so upset at what was happening he contacted many live in agency's ! Most were no way! Until he spoke to two members of staff, who were a very experienced former nurse and their business partner also a nurse. I am so happy lovely Carer's managed by the agency excellent
