Bluebird Care (Leicester)

Bluebird Care have been like an extended family to us. They were able to step in when we had a crisis and over the years we have built up a close relationship with the staff and carers, which has been important to my mother, and accepted us changing and cancelling shifts with family visits. On occasion staff have had to alert the office when my mother hadnt arrived home from a day out with many concerned calls until she was found. Unfortunately her care needs are changing and the family and my mother have decided to move into a residential home, as her Alzheimers is getting worse. We would like to thank Bluebird care for the high standard service and it allowed my mother to stay in her own home for a few years.

They provided care even when carers themselves were off, ill or on holiday. The main person in charge herself came many times to help me. I did appreciate that.

The staff I came into contact with were very caring and considerate. I really enjoyed talking to them as well, very friendly. I only had them calling as my daughter, who looks after me, was going on holiday for two weeks.
