Aug 3 2017 reading the last review, I (and my family) agree with the last comment. Alexios have some amazing carers and from what i hear some very long serving members of staff. Its all too easy to slag off companies and usually anonymously. The care and help we have received was second to none and we were always treated with friendliness and respect if we called them.

Aug 2 2017 Totally disagree with the last review - if youre unhappy with the service that you are receiving then go with someone else but don't be so dis respective of this company. Alexios have excellent hard working staff, they are always friendly & go the extra mile.

Jul 26 2017 This company is supplied by Bolton Council to care for my mother who is housebound. The carers on numerous occasions fail to turn up and just tonight, they did not turn up for the bed time visit to put my mother to bed, give her the medication she requires or clean the commode. It would appear none of the carers have any training on home care. Many do not know the basics of cooking a meal. One did not even know how to make a cup of tea, (Unbelievable). Have complained many times, but just told by the carers that it's the office that keep making mistakes and not telling a carer to call. Overall, a very badly run company, which the owners don't seem bothered as they still get paid for a poor service.
