TLC have been caring for my mother at home. Supporting my father to continue caring for my very poorly mum at home. All the teams who visit each day are outstanding at their job. Nothing is too much trouble. Provide fantastic care with a smile. Very professional company and we would highly recommend to our friends and family.

The services provided to a relative are of a very high standard. The staff encountered are professional, courteous and caring. Every effort is made to meet the needs of the service user. Other qualities experienced are, consistency, timeliness and reliability. The staff and management are very good at communicating should any issues arise. Equally there is ease of access to management who are supportive, responsive and reassuring.

This Company provided exceptional Care and attention for me. In May 2013 I suffered skull fractures and severe brain injuries, in all fairness I thank god for every day of my life since that day. This Company whom I approached after attempting to deal with my symptoms (living alone pride amongst other things, being brain injuries), took everything on board for me. Nothing was a problem for them and the understanding, together with their customer care was second to none. They even gave me an out of hours contact number, incase I required or requested any assistance throughout the evening, or anytime. They put all my requests first and I know I suffered a traumatic ordeal and would not want any fellow human being to undergo my situations but having said that, I would recommend anyone whom requires home help or care and assistance to this Company. Thank you for your support and understanding TLC!!
