Dec 9 2021 Met with the care manager at their office in Bromley town to talk about care for my mother. The manager was kind and understanding and it was clear she had alot of knowledge about dementia.

Firstly Mum was assessed thoroughly and her likes/dislikes were all noted, as well as her care needs, before being matched with her carers. Communication was good throughout and any changes eg new medications were noted and acted upon promptly. Clear records were kept of each visit. The staff were all very caring and attentive. We were confident Mum was receiving excellent care and most importantly Mum was happy. Would highly recommend River Garden Care.
