Really really bad company. They have now had their 2nd ‘inadequate’ CQC report & doubt this will be the last. They are frequently shockingly late for calls, 8 hours is not uncommon. The poor clients restrict their diet & fluid intake for fear they won’t have help to go to the toilet. They treat their staff like dirt too, work piled onto them until they are ready to drop & told ‘tough’ if they dare to say they can’t cope. The directors along with the registered manager should all be prosecuted for neglect of the clients & staff. Don’t touch Tailored Care with a barge pole!

Not well led at all, directors and managers they have no reapect for anyone; they treat staff like dirt. I have unfortunately had to do business with them and have brought them a lot of money, this will now stop. As a director you have to present yourself in a certain way and conduct yourself as well. As for employees rights they don't exist.

I have been an unfortunate client of this company for a little while now. The staff who come to help me are lovely, but the management don’t communicate with me, they don’t tell me if there’s a problem & don’t answer the on-call telephone, I very often am extremely late with my food & medication which I need on time due to my diabetes. I have sometimes not had help with a bedtime wash or going to the toilet until as late as midnight. I feel so sorry for the staff, they are run ragged & look so tired, the office don’t seem to respect them at all. I am looking for a new company to care for me.
