We had Kare Plus Stafford to help with one of our family members and was all good to start with. Then the company showed there true colours. Allways late turning up for a call and making excuses for them being late. Not filling out book everyday half the time missing times and dates and not filling out any medication charts, let alone signing out and in. Many times I have spoken to the office and they have assured me that it won't happen again. But after months of the same problems and many phone calls to management they seem not to care about there staff let alone there customers letting people down is not good when they depended on someone to turn up and help with there needs. How they can send out staff with a few days training good enough to look after someone with mental issues. I have totally given up faith with Kare Plus Stafford they are a joke. So I would not recommend this company to friends and family. I really think the care commission needs to over hall this company and get people the help they really need. |
