We are part of a global network of more than 900 offices worldwide, with over 100 of them locally owned and operated in the UK.& Home Instead&s aim is to change the face of ageing and I am proud to be part of this in the borough of Richmond.

Our CAREGivers are fundamental to us. We select our staff for their attitude, compassion and heartfelt desire to make a difference to the lives of the elderly.

Care, support and companionship are a very personal, precious and important thing, so we listen carefully to our clients and their relatives as they explain what they would like.

Then, having selected the right caregiver or CAREGivers,& we make sure we deliver the care and support the client is looking for, whether it is companionship, housekeeping, personal care or a combination.

We are always available to discuss developments and can increase, decrease or change the nature of our help to accommodate changing circumstances. Our aim is to provide you with the same level of service that we would want for our own relatives. Many of us have or are right now caring for relatives of our own, so I can assure you, we really do mean it.

Our overall ethos is that as we grow the quality of our care is never compromised. Every new client should receive the same level of service as our first and our first, the same level as when they were our only client.
