Dec 14 2015 These carers have been attending my father for about 2 months. I am absolutely appalled at the sloppy attitude. They are frequently up to 2 hours late unhygienic and have no common sense when it comes to taking initiative re tasks undertaken. Old Glasses of water left beside bed, washing up left by sink. Surely a carer should note these and move them or wash them. A list was left by myself of tasks and prioritised. This has not even been looked at! A satisfaction questionnaire was completed by my father with many questions rating "poor" yet management have not even responded! NHS please change care agency!
