Mar 9 2018 One or two of the carers are brilliant but on the whole they are poor. This is often compounded by poor management and a lack of coordination from the office. It is also difficult to get an answer from the on call duty manager most of the time. From non-consistent attendance times to actual "no show" the consistency is very poor. I wouldn't want to think they were looking after a very elderly or vulnerable member of my family on a long term basis as my concern would always be, "have they arrived?", "have they mad sure they have eaten?". etc.

Jun 6 2017 Tlc poor service come when they want don't stick to times they should or they send different ones all the time put complaint in and get no where some staff ok some not phone up still get no where they just don't listen to you
