Waterfont Care

This agency attended my father several times a day for over three weeks u until his death on 4 July 2021. The carers who came were amazing very respectful to my father and always interested in how my mother was doing and whether she needed any help. I was impressed by the respect for my father and how they always told him what they were going to do even though they got limited response. They were sensitive and caring to the whole family needs. I was really anxious about having dad at home with carers as I wasn’t sure we would cope but I was reassured by there’s caring professional and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. All staff were friendly and communicative but also honest about the facts I didn’t want to hear. I was impressed by the continuity of staff and that they took the trouble to get to know us. Staff worked well with other agencies and shared information appropriately. They were a huge support to my mum as we knew that they would attend very regularly and understood our needs.
