Dec 22 2017 Simply put, my carer immediately made herself available, she was helpful and got on with any work I asked her to do. She worked kindly and efficiently and always had a smile. I felt I could rely on her.

Good things flow from the person who runs Penrose. They care deeply about what they do, looks after their workers well (and about twice as well as other care companies. They won an award from the Mayor of London last year for being Living Wage Champions for example.) They’ve all been 100% reliable, kind, thoughtful and a pleasure to see whenever they come. http://penrosecare.co.uk/ has a news page where you can read about the accolades they’ve received. I can’t recommend them too highly. We feel lucky to have found them.

We are extremely happy with each and every detail of their care: the carers are attentive and friendly, always eager to not only look after the physical welfare of our relative, but also to provide mental stimulation, treating the person with respect and dignity. We are impressed by their communication skills and personal as well as professional approach. Penrose Care is always happy to answer any queries, and is available on the other end of the phone or via email at any time of the day or night. Living outside of London, we have full confidence that our relative is well looked after by Penrose Care staff.
