Sep 9 2019 The service we received for Dad was excellent, he was allowed to die peacefully in his own home because of the care he was given. The carers were kind compassionate and totally professional. They quickly became part of the family and allowed us to be the sons, daughter and a wife to Bill because we had complete trust in them. We can’t praise them high enough or be able to express our gratitude adequately.

Given less than 2 months to live this care company have been drafted in by the nhs. They don't turn up on time, don't do half the things they should be (for example using the hoist provided to get him out of bed), and treat him with very little respect. As a result he is developing pressure sores and my mum is considering paying the red cross, who have provided 5 days worth of outstanding care, to do their job for them.
