Nov 24 2022 I asked PALS if they could look into care with regard to my mother (Mary Sisterson). She is waiting on surgery and we were concerned as the consultant had said her condition was shortening her lifePALS were prompt in responding after getting the required permission and consent. Shortly after this mam received her appointment for pre assessment and date for surgery. What a relief plus we can now plan Christmas and new year accordingly as a family. Can’t thank you enough!
