Livability Lifestyle Choices South East is registered to provide personal care and assessed or required support for any adult over 18 years old with a disability whether temporary or permanent.& The service operates within the areas of East Sussex and Brighton & Hove, to provide tailored person centred support for individuals in their own homes based on best outcomes, reablement and enhancing independent living skills.&

It is not about the service it is about the person; therefore no support plan is the same, whereby strengths are highlighted rather than the disability. Through co-production the support package wraps around the individual&s personality with attention to family involvement and social inclusion.

With an easy set-up process, support can be from 1 to 24 hours adhoc or on a regular basis, with choice of support workers and consistency of service maintained.

Clients who currently seek our support may be on the Autistic Spectrum, have a learning disability, physical or sensory impairments and/or a health condition including complex needs.& &
