Mar 16 2016 As you are well aware, following a surgical procedure in mid-January, over the past six weeks your carers have been visiting me three times a day. Visits, in the main, took the form of personal care and providing regular meals for me. I want you to know that the service Alina Homecare has provided has been absolutely exemplary. From our first meeting when we discussed the assistance you were able to avail me until the time when I had regained my mobility your associates have been truly remarkable. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and help has always been given with a smile along with complete willingness. I should tell you that I will greatly miss the timely ring on the door bell to the kind and genuine assistance that was always given to me. You have a remarkable team of carers and a service of which you should be very proud. When you have the opportunity I should be really grateful if you would thank each and every one of your carers with whom I have met and come to respect. You have a wonderful team. I would hope that I will not require your professional assistance in the near future. However, should the need arise I will have absolutely no hesitation in contacting Alina again. Equally I will always recommend Alina to anyone requiring your service.

Feb 26 2016 This care agency is an uncaring agency as after an extensive home care assessment and saying they could help, they now say they can't, saying they can't spare anyone for two hours of domestic cleaning a week! I rest my case! Bad, bad service and a thorough waste of my time. They also made several personal and embarrassing comments about my flat which is not on. They won't be invited back!

After thorough assessments we advise people promptly if we are able to meet their needs. We appreciate that decisions which do not, can be frustrating but we hope it can be understood that we cannot compromise on the quality of the service we deliver. I'm referring to the stevenage branch, don't know about the rest !
