Oct 5 2023 I have just removed my daughter from this service . She was in there a matter of months and I saw a big decline in her mental health . Most days she was left in bed with nothing at all in place support wise to spite 16 one to one hours a week . When I moved her out the place was absolutely disgusting . I don't belive any support had been offered or given . She has chronic back pain as well as mental health issues. The bowl was stuck in the sink with off milk and food reminents. it smelt terrible . On sweeping the floor I found medication that she should clearly have taken . There has been hardly any key working sessions . She had not been supported to visit a dentist . Doctors re back pain or anything . If you have some one in his service please regularly check on them . The standard of care is shocking .
