Abbeyrose Court

Our brother has been a resident at Abbeyrose Court for nearly eighteen months. Overall, we are very pleased indeed with the high standard of care he receives. The staff are very caring, efficient and supportive in ensuring all his medical, social and spiritual needs are catered for. In addition, the staff make sure there are very prompt referrals to medical services when needed e.g. the hospital or G.P. There is a consistently high standard of communication with the family and other agencies e.g. Whiston Hospital, social workers and those providing other medical services. We are always included in any necessary discussions and decisions. Our brother benefits from individual care planning which is very responsive to his changing needs. There is a very good level of understanding about our brothers condition and we feel confident that the right initiatives and correct steps are taken to ensure he receives the care he needs.The overall management of the home is excellent in its administration and communication about finances etc.The environment for our brother is safe, clean and comfortable at all times and, when we visit, the staff are always friendly and responsive.As a family, we are happy that our brother is in such a good nursing home which has such consistently high standards.
