Shambles, had three different times provided to me and no one could provide clarity at the health centre so they wouldn’t take me for another week

This used to be a very good health centre, but since covid , it has gone downhill. My doctor retired during covid and I don't even know who my new doctor is. When I ring to order a script, I'm kept waiting for ages. I recently ordered a script and when I went to collect it in Boots, only part of it was there. I had to go back to the Health Centre to get the remaining script. No explanation or apology for any inconvenience caused. This has happened a couple of times, in the past few weeks and I am seriously thinking of moving to Maine Medical Practice.

Rang repeat prescription line...was in queue for 1.5 hrs only to be cut off. Spent the whole day trying to get through and finally at 3.50 got into the queue.. Their staff are extremely busy and short staffed well isn't everyone... and when the prescription comes you don't always get what you requested never a reason or a call back too see why you need the repeat prescription and to see if an alternative can be arranged. Also you have to give details to the receptionist if you want a call back not everyone is comfortable with this This used to be a first class surgery with caring doctors. Unfortunately this isn't the case anymore I have been attending this practice since I was child and I have never Had such bad care . r
